Tip Five - Let People Know That You are Planning A Diet:

Tip Six - Don't Place Any Sort of Restrictions On Yourself:

Atkins Diet requires you to avoid carbohydrate based food items completely. But, instead of totally banning items like bread, sugar, cereals, pasta and some specific vegetables, you can have them in limited quantities.

Those who have resolved to take up the Atkins diet can relish items made from pork, eggs, turkey, duck and meat. If you like salads, then tease your taste buds with different kinds of salads.
