It is always a good idea to carry fruits that you are fond of to office. If you don't have much time, then pick some fruits and put it in your office bag. You can enjoy these fruits while you are sitting on your desk. Fruits are highly nutritious since they have lots of vitamins in them.
3. Go Out for Lunch:
You can always plan a lunch with your colleagues. No need to stay behind in office for an entire day. Instead go to some nearby restaurant and order for healthy food items.
A variety of vegetarian items can be ordered for while you are in a restaurant. You can plan your food accordingly. However, it is important for you to finish your pending work and have food with a relaxed mind.
4. Fill Your Desk with a Lot of Food:
Many people have a tendency to have whatever is lying on their desk. Hence, you can store some healthy food items in your desk and munch them whenever you like.
You can keep nuts, small containers of dried tuna fish, beans containers and crackers. You can also keep some low calorie cookies and have it as snacks.
5. Don't have too much of Coffee:
Don't consume too much of coffee when in office. This can leave you fatigued. Instead, you can replace coffee with green tea or enjoy tea with lemon squeezed in it.
