Are you an aspiring model who wants to make it big in the entertainment industry? If yes, then apart from looking good, you also need to maintain body weight and stay fit. Your diet is of paramount importance in such a case.

Hence, while females need to eat healthy, instead of ignoring food completely, male members will also have to control their diets as well. Men need to remember that exercising and building muscles won't serve the purpose alone. A well balanced diet is equally important.

Diet for Female Models:

If you are thinking that the secret behind model diets is some special food that they consume on a regular basis, then think again. Female models have ordinary food just like you. However, they blend it in their dieting plans in such a way that they manage to stay fit and look younger.

The key is to have meals at regular intervals, balance the diet plan, eat in portions, and avoid too much of sugar. Hence, you will have to focus on having meals that keep your stomach full and avoid cholesterol and fat based items.

Have a lot of protein based food products that help in increasing metabolism and getting rid of calories. Take a look at what you can have as part of your meals on a daily basis.

Breakfast:

Have the white portion of the egg and avoid yolk. It is easy to prepare an omelet and even a poached egg. It is rich in protein and is free of cholesterol. This will also help you engage in workouts and exercises in the morning, since food like this is never too heavy for your stomach.

Lunch:

Have a shake that is rich in protein before lunch. While this will keep your stomach full, you feel less hungry by lunch time.

Dinner:

For dinner, you can have fish (steamed). Fish has fat acids which are good for reducing weight. It also has high protein content that will keep your muscles and tissues will be stronger and it will also help reduce cholesterol from your body.

Diet for Male Models:

It is important for male models to have a good physique if they wish to leave an impression on people. Hence, if you want that six pack abs look and a good physique, then switch to food items that help you build strong muscles.

Have egg white:

Male models should have the white portion of the egg. While it is rich in protein, it also supplies energy to the body. It only helps you engage in more workouts.

Eat the breast of the Chicken:

A good meal plan should include boneless breast portion of the chicken. It has low fat content and is rich in protein. Don't cook them in too much of oil and have it atleast once in a day.



Eat Fish:

Fish has high protein content. You don't have to fry your fish in too much of oil. The best thing to do is to steam it. Fish has Omega-3 acids which assist in reducing weight.

Remember:

Have plenty of water. A lot of leading models have admitted that water helps in staying fit and is a must for any healthy diet. It helps in killing calories. So avoid coffee, soda and all sorts of beverages that are high on sugar and have water instead.
