Consume a Lot of Vegetables

A well balanced diet should also include lots of green and fresh vegetables. Therefore, try and consume vegetables that are rich in minerals.

Examples of such vegetables include romaine, tomatoes, zucchini. They supply high amount of minerals that is necessary for our body to function properly.

Don't Have too Much of Fat

A good raw food diet must include essential fats. However, it is only advisable that you have these fats in limited quantity. Nuts and avocados are healthy for your body in raw form and not when they are cooked.

If you consume too much of fats then it will result in several health issues such as heart diseases, depression and arthritis.
