Most people choose crash dieting to achieve their goal. However, they do not know about the damage they can give to their body via following this rule.

These are just gimmicks to tempt you and stray you from your path. Your main focus should  be only on performing the right kind of exercises that target abs and diet that help you cut down an unnecessary flab.

* Sugar consumption:

Watch out on your sugar consumption. You need to seriously cut it down to a significant amount to achieve your goal.

* Banish junk food:




You need to stay away from junk food. You have no idea how these can hamper your efforts towards achieving flat abs. these foods are high in processed salts that play a wonderful role in enhancing your abs.

* Fruits and nuts:

When you crave for snacks, just munch on healthy nuts and seeds. These are the best friends for your body. Chips and chocolates can contribute in adding flab on your abs.

* Abs aerobics:

Do you know that there are some special aerobics exercises for abs? These can target your abs and help you cut down on the ugly flab.

You need to spend 30 minutes on these exercises and perform then 5 days in a week.

* Right technique:

Exercising the abs is important but you need to learn the right techniques. Half crunches are more effective for toning abs muscles.

This will not strain your neck you neck needs to be in line with the torso. Strictly avoid bending the neck instead of raising torso.

It is important to breathe right to get desired results. Breathe out white making contractions and breathe in when you relax. Breathe out through your mouth and focus on breathing while you exercise.
