If you need to be at a wedding and your dress doesn’t fit you anymore, you have one week until your vacation? It’s time for the diet for desperate situations.
For a week, but not more than three times a year, you can lose 3 kilos in 7 days, without putting your health at risk. You are not allowed with snacks such as sweets, chocolate, cookies, biscuits or pastry.
At the beginning of each day put a measure of Pure Plan (found in drugstores) in 1 L of water and drink it until you go to sleep.
This will help you a lot with those 3 kilos. Also, take one teaspoon of Swiss tonic Bio-Strath before every meal and daily a tablet of Genesis- vitamins and minerals with an iron supplement.
Day 1
Breakfast: half a grapefruit, one boiled egg, 2 tomatoes boiled with steam.
Snack: salad with avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms and 125 fresh cheeses and a big bunch of grapes.
Meal: 1 big bowl with thin cucumber slices with lots of black pepper, vinegar, a teaspoon of virgin olive oil, a generous portion of cooked vegetables, served on rice boiled bed.
Day 2
Breakfast: 1 fresh and big peach and 6 strawberry.
Snack: 1 big green salad and a mix of fresh vegetables prepared with steam- carrots, zucchinis, new potatoes, peas, bean, and sweet corn – with a spoon of butter, fresh mint and fresh parsley.
Meal: a bowl with vegetables soup, a big red capsicum, filled with rice, a generous portion of little boiled spinach, with a few olive oil and garlic.
Day 3
Breakfast: a big bowl of cherries and light yoghurt.
Snack: green salad mixed with a generous portion of pastas, with an ad of olive oil, garlic and fresh parsley.
Meal: Light yoghurt with hashed cucumber, lots of fresh mint, garlic, black pepper, a teaspoon of olive oil, chicken breast at grill, and one tomato also grilled, iceberg salad and boiled or baked potatoes.
Day 4
Breakfast: muesli, oat flakes, Shredded wheat, Weetabix or other whole cereals, with skimmed milk and a banana.
Snack: 1 boiled egg, sliced with tomatoes, cucumber, fennel and salad with whole bread.
Meal: celery salad, apple, nuts, grilled trout with cauliflower and pod beans with a spoon of olive oil and a little lemon juice and lots of parsley.
Day 5
Breakfast: 1 big bunch of grapes
Snack: crudités: olives, radishes, carrot, fennel and celery, any vegetables soup, whole wheat bagel and a pear.
Meal: a generous portion of different vegetables, with curry, served with boiled rice and a salad of tomatoes and onions.
Day 6
Breakfast: different fruits specific to summer.
Snack: 1 big tomato, filled with tuna, fresh light cheese, lots of black pepper and a green salad.
Meal: cubes of chicken, beef, lamb or tofu fried with a mix of vegetables and pastas, also fried. Forrest fruits with light yoghurt and flavored with lemon juice, cinnamon, a teaspoon of honey and two leafs of fresh mint.
Day 7
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and one slice of whole bread with a little butter; one glass of fresh juice without sugar.
Snack: salad from red radishes and endives leafs with grilled mushrooms and a whole wheat bagel, an apple and a pear.
Meal: a salad from pink grapefruit and a peach, with fresh light cheese, grilled salmon with boiled potatoes and a green vegetable, a small portion of celery with light cheese and bit of celery.
You will have minus 3 kilos at the end of the week, a bright skin and an explosive energy.
After this, try to maintain your weight.
