BIO-LUSTFUL DETOX DIET

For those who want to detoxify without sacrifices, but at the same time want to help developing a new and attractive alimentation this is the perfect diet.

You will improve your silhouette and skin beauty.


Basic rules





-
Try to avoid or even banish products that are not bio obtained.

Reduce aliments that provoke acidity to the organism, which is programed to function better when it has an alkaline pH.

Avoid meat, cheese, simple sugar (glucose) and refined wheat products, alcohol, coffee, fast food.

Increase the quantity of with low pH: fresh herbs, germs, vegetables, seeds, raq almonds, brown sugar, quinoa, cereals.

Quit sweets for the first 15 days, after this try to reduce their consumption at one per week. If you don’t want to miss them it is indicated to eat aliments rich in complex sugar such as bananas, almonds, seeds, cereal flakes.

Avoid cheese and dairy products. For compensating the lack of calcium it is recommended to get your body used to almonds and almond milk, vegetables and cereals. Even algae are an excellent source of calcium and easily to assimilate.

It is recommended the ad of a kombu piece (a type of algae) when you cook your meals with vegetables, cereals and herbs.

Reduce animal origin proteins and continue the consumption of a small quantity of 150 gr of fish or white meat.

Watch out different types of fats and eliminate saturated ones (margarine, butter etc.) and increase the consumption of unsaturated or polysaturated oils (olive oil, nuts, flax, pumpkin seeds etc.)

Repeated cleansing of intestine. Of course, supervised, at a specialized center

Consume daily probiotic aliments such as yakult (probiotic milk produced in Japan) and vegetal enzymes (smoothies of raw vegetables) for the regeneration of the intestinal barrier.


Menu (for 2 weeks)


When you wake up
: a big glass of water with the juice from one lemon; foam of fennel, parsley and apple

Breakfast
: a green tea with lemon; a cup of Budwig cream or a sandwich with cream of avocado and fresh germs, a bit of mustard and lemon juice.

Snack
: fresh juice of oranges or grapefruit

Lunch
: vegetables cream, a plate of cereals (e.g. rice), vegetables baked al dente with an ad of sauce made with olive oil and aromatic herbs.

Snack at 4 p.m.
: fruits (apple, papaya and vanilla); some almonds, raw

Dinner
: vegetable soup (only the liquid) or diluted vegetables cream, with aromatic herbs; a bit fatter fish 3 times a week (such as tartar of salmon, herring with cipollina herb and lemon) and white meat, twice a week or two eggs or goat cheese (once per week);
grilled vegetable that you like.


Recipes


Budwig cream of sprouted seeds
: at night, you put into a little water 2 spoons of flaxseeds, 2 spoons of pumpkin seeds, 2 spoons of sesame seeds and 2 spoons of sunflower seeds. Remotely, you put into a bit of water 2 spoons of almonds.
In the morning you peel the almonds, clean the seeds and you mix all of them with a glass of rice milk, an apple or a pear cut into pieces and a spoon or maple syrup.


Vegetable soup with aromatic herbs
: you clean and cut zucchinis, one endive, one onion and a celery. You put them on a pot with 1.5 L of water, with a piece of komfu alga and three garlics and boil them for 15 minutes.
Put them into the blender and after add parsley, rosemary, sweet marjoram, and sage and re-boil them for 5 minutes.


Tartar with salmon
: cut into pieces 300 gr of fresh salmon fillet, add 2 teaspoons of virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons of scallion, half a teaspoon of salt, white pepper and juice from one lemon.
Mix them and put them into a circular plate.


Dessert with apple and papaya
: prepare it to steam, for 4 minutes, 2 peeled apples, cut into small pieces with a vanilla cane halved. You put the apple in blender with the papaya and the vanilla seeds. 
It’s serving cold.


Useful info:


At the beginning a detox diet can fatigue your body. In this case you can take magnesium pills.

For stimulating the detoxifying effect you can practice some sport, constantly, at least 30 minutes, even walking.

For improving the results go to a Turkish bath or detoxifying massage, especially ayurvedics or at a shiatsu session.
