The first one is by choosing a strong colored top and a pale or non-colored (white, grey and maybe even black) or jeans (shorts, slim, jeggings, skinny or flared, but in blue or white shades) for bottom. To be more specific, you can choose a silk shirt or simply a t-shirt, monochrome, in any strong color that you want from shades of yellow, red, orange, blue, green etc. and mix it with skirts/shorts/trousers in a pale color such as white or beige. Try to avoid grey, because it reminds of clouds. Keep it for the next fall.

The second option is exactly the opposite, including the part with jeans (you can use a denim shirt or jacket).

The third option is to wear complementary colors, but only for the bold characters! So, you can play with blue-orange, purple-yellow, green-red bottoms and tops.

But you have to obey to one rule: the items must be monochrome and the accessories must be pale, non-colored or even inexistent, because this outfit is already much, you don’t have to add additional prints. Course, it is possible, but you must be a master in fashion for not blowing it!

The forth option is the simplest one: a dress is a strong color. You cannot fail with this one if you add pale or non-colored accessories, but you can also pick one or both shoes and bag in a complementary color.

The things here are also versatile.

You can choose pale colors for your clothing and emphasize your look with strong colored bracelets, belts, sunglasses, hair accessories or necklaces.

You can mix and match them by the complementary colors rule or warm/cold shades. Or, quite the opposite, you can bet on strong colored clothing and pale accessories. Of course, you can pick colored accessories even if you are dressed in bold colors, but you must pay more attention at combining them.


Shoes and bags
If you have chosen colored clothes and maybe even colored accessories, you can pick pale shoes and bag.

Another option is to choose only strong colored bag, shoes and accessories if you dressed in pale colors.

An original look is to dress all pale or white and to add the bag and shoes in complementary colors. This is a minimalist look, but very effective and styled!

So, it is very simple to mix and match them because this doesn’t require too much creativity in order to make an outrageous look!

You can simply follow this ideas and bet on monochrome items if you are not a master in fashion.
