Acer America Corp has declared that the previously launched slim and sleek Acer Revo RL100 is finally available in the market all over the US at most of the technology retail stores. The launch was held six months earlier.
The digital eye is the glamour of our living room well equipped with a wireless twin mode touchpad or keyboard for easy access.
There are two types of models available, one of them with a Blu-ray drive. It can easily be connected to the TV through its HDMI port and it interconnects with other Acer devices like mobiles and smartphones to ensure easy sharing of HD movies and other content, which the user can easily view on big TV screens.
Due to so many useful as well as attractive features, Acer Revo RL100 Media Centre has won both the Best Design & Innovation and Choice awards at the Computex 2011 held in Taipei.

It can be placed flat or in an upright condition based on the choice of the user. The sound system of this digital hub really is something to boast about.
It has an advanced Dolby Home Theater V3 to produce crisp, lucid surround sound.
The coming generation of NVIDIA ION graphics chip supports in the device plays 1080p/720p HD movies and has a Web HD Flash accelerator.
It also contains an AMD Athlon II K325 processor, 4 GB expandable DDR3 SDRAM, a SATA hard disk of 750GB that is perfect for restoring power in a cinematic environment. The most amazing part is still to come.
To experience it, just press the toggle button and in a wink of an eye, the touchpad is converted to a back lit keyboard with an advanced touch-based mouse.

Moreover, PDF files are subjected to 90 degrees rotation with a pivot movement of two fingers.
There is also the option for zooming and browsing images, documents, and web pages by skidding three of your fingers vertically or horizontally to and fro.
The latest Acer Revo RL100 is now in the market with a one-year warranty and free technical support. Revo RL100-U1002 has a price tag of $499.99 and the Blu-ray associated RL100-UR20P is available for $569.99.
